The IR-110 automatic infrared welding machine is designed for fusion joints of ultra-pure water pipelines and high-purity polymer piping systems used in semiconductor manufacturing, ultra-pure chemical processing, medical laboratories and biopharmaceuticals. It employs non-contact infrared radiation heat-transfer fusion technology to produce precise, contamination-free welds for pipes and fittings made of PVDF, PFA, PP, PE and PB.
