Description

Tubing is a special-purpose pipe used in the oil, main used to gas and water well, to extract the oil, gas and water to the surface. The tubing conform to API Spec 5CT " specification for Casing and tubing ", API Spec 5B "Specification for Threading, Gauging and Thread Inspection of Casing, Tubing, and Line pipe Threads" and other related standards, and have obtained the certificate of authority to use official API monogram. Company can produce all sizes plain tubing , external upset tubing in steel grade J, N, C, L, T, P, which conform to API specifications. Technical Features 1.In the tubing manufacture process , have used the advanced online crack detection, quenching, the continuous-type overall tempering and the blasting processes, its body mechanical strength is big, the overall performance is good. 2. The thread is cut by the special-purpose numerical-controlled lathe, which keeps the rod body still when cutting the threads, and is rolled to forming. The special process is able to ensure the high precision of the thread with better reliability and longer life-span. 3.The coupling is inspected by the fluorescence magnetic powder test, and is treated by the phosphorization or copper-plating processing, its wearing-resistance property is good, thread anti-coherent property is good.
