Overview
The FL-3 automatic egg sorting machine sorts eggs by weight using electronic weighing sensors and PLC control. Designed for poultry farms and egg packing/processing centers, it handles 10,000–30,000 pcs/h and is built in 304 SUS stainless steel for food-industry environments.

How it works
Eggs travel on a conveyor through a weighing station where electronic sensors record each egg's weight and send data to the PLC. Based on preset weight classes, actuated ejectors or release devices divert eggs to the corresponding collection lanes to complete grading.
