Overview
Foodline FL-G series egg grading machines are designed for small farms, poultry cooperatives and egg suppliers. They automatically grade chicken, duck, goose and quail eggs by weight and size in a compact, hygienic stainless steel construction suitable for agricultural production environments.

Operation: Egg loading
Eggs can be loaded manually or via an automatic feeder. Place clean, dry eggs pointy-end down on rollers spaced to avoid collisions and ensure stable transfer.

Operation: Egg light inspection (candling)
Candling uses LED or halogen lights to inspect internal quality, detect cracks, blood spots or other defects prior to grading.

Operation: Weight detection
Each egg passes a weighing sensor module; weight is measured with ±1 g precision to determine the sorting path and assigned grade.

Operation: Grading & sorting
After weighing, mechanical diverters route eggs to designated outlets or trays according to configured weight thresholds, enabling 3–6 grade separation and continuous high throughput.
