The SONDERHOFF 3E PUR with DM 50x technology The economy class: economic - efficient - ecological The SONDERHOFF 3E PUR dosing cell is a low-pressure mixing and dosing system for two material components for the semi- or fully-automatic application of sealing foams, adhesives and potting compounds to a wide variety of parts. This system is used to precisely process liquid, medium- and high-viscosity plastics such as polyurethanes or other polymer reaction materials. A shuttle table in one plane is optionally available. It enables parts to be processed on two pick-up plates operating in shuttle mode or connected to a single pick-up plate for oversized components. The SONDERHOFF 3E PUR is designed so that you, as the operator, can perform a wide variety of tasks easily and safely. The machine is operated via the easy-to-use, multifunctional SONDERHOFF MP 2 mobile panel with touch screen (10.1" WXGA TFT) for programming and operating the dosing machine. The production process of the dosing cell is ensured by presetting and controlling all machine and process parameters. With the SONDERHOFF 3E dosing cell, you can start right away: set up, connect and produce - place, plug & work! As soon as power, water and compressed air are connected and the two material components of the 2C PUR system used are filled and prepared in the separate material pressure tanks, production can begin. With an installation area of approx. 9 square meters, the dispensing cell requires very little space. The MK 800 BASIC in the 3E PUR enables metering from 3.0 to 100 g/s with continuously adjustable, asymmetrical mixing ratios from 10 : 1 to 1 : 2 and a dosing accuracy of ±1 %.
