The new SONDERHOFF SMART dosing cell generation with DM 50x technology features numerous innovative improvements. They all serve the purpose of ensuring maximum process stability in the fully automatic dispensing of polyurethane or silicone-based 2-component material systems for seal foaming, bonding and potting. As before, you will receive the dosing cell of our new compact class in two sizes, the smaller SMART-M and the larger SMART-L. They differ primarily in the dimensions of the cell and the size of the working area. The DM 50x technology of the dosing cell includes the precision mixing heads of the MK 800 series, precision gear pumps for dispensing the material components, the air loading measuring device as well as temperature control and ecological high-pressure water rinsing of the mixing heads and other optional equipment options to increase process and dispensing accuracy. The 2C reaction materials are conditioned per component in the material pressure tanks, e.g. stirred in the tank for uniform material homogenization, loaded with air for seal foaming or evacuated for potting.
