Dust particles are drawn into the filtration unit by a transport fan, which can be installed in an acoustic box depending on noise level requirements. Reverse Wood Jet baghouse collectors are overpressure filtration units. The filtration media consist of round filter bags made from nonwoven fabric. Dust is discharged from the hopper via a rotary valve, screw conveyor or chain conveyor. It is then pneumatically transported to a briquetting press or a silo equipped with a Silo Jet filter. The filtration system features a regeneration mechanism using an axial fan mounted on an automatic trolley, which sequentially regenerates individual filtration sections. For safe and accessible maintenance, larger filtration units are equipped with walkable platforms, ladders, and safety railings. All filtration units are available in versions designed for the extraction of explosive dusts in accordance with the ATEX directive. Applications: wood processing paper industry fibrous materials
