A cost effective, compact belt driven linear actuator, providing a combination of load capacity and speed which surpasses that of other similar sized units. High performance and attractively priced – Designed to meet the needs of lower cost linear applications, PDU2 delivers exceptional performance in a compact and low maintenance unit. Featuring Herculane® wheel technology – HepcoMotion’s patented wheel technology gives this small belt driven system considerable load capacity for its size. The low friction synthetic wheels offer a long service life and are low maintenance as no lubrication is required. Suitable for a range of applications – Suitable for both simple single axis product transfer and more complex applications such as a Cartesian 3-axis pick and place system. Low maintenance – Offering a long life and no re-lubrication, PDU2 units require very little maintenance.
