This machine is extremely suitable for processing a high capacity of strawberries in an industrial environment, reducing labour cost and optimizing quality. The perforated conveyor belt with 20mm holes, housing six different cutting lanes, runs over a vacuum chamber, keeping the strawberries up-side-down in place. The new circular knife cutting principle produces a clean and reliable cut, minimizing product damage and knife wear. Maintenance and adjustment of the cutting part is very easy thanks to the quick exchange mechanism. We have introduced a new type of feeding belt, exclusively made for strawberries. The belt makes it possible to supply the strawberries simultaneous with the cutting belt, providing one strawberry for each hole in the belt.
