The Herbort Roller Grader 600 proces starts with produce being loaded into the infeed hopper, here a rubber flap regulates flow and a rotating brush ensures even distribution. An adjustable roller chain with dependable manual controls in each sorting channel, sets the gap between the rollers, allowing quick adaptation for different produce sizes. Correctly sized items drop into sorting channels and are guided by a manual diverter to the right collection area. Oversized produce exits cleanly at the outfeed.
