With the homogeniser 159C it is possible to produce sauces of all quality levels. Here, the individual ingredients are added directly into the product reservoir or through a side funnel.
The product circulates between the product reservoir and the mixing unit until it has reached its desired density, after which the final product is pumped out of the machine.
