Sack Vacuum Tube Lifter (For VEL) is designed for bagged material handling, using vacuum lifting technology to replace heavy, injury-prone manual labor. It is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
Performance
This system supports horizontal lifting of up to 60 kg of bags (model VEL160), delivering efficient and labor-saving operation
Adaptable to various bag types (woven bags, kraft paper bags, plastic bags, etc.) and containers, with a wide selection of grippers: plastic shell gripper (rough surfaces), carbon steel gripper (leaky bags), SS316 stainless steel gripper (food/pharma, food-grade white silicone seals, hot-water washable), foam rubber gripper (chemical-resistant), and hook gripper (leaky woven bags for extra safety)
Compact design with hose length options of 2500/4000 mm and stroke of 150–1750 mm, suitable for low-headroom environments
Top 360° swivel head with built-in check valve — automatically locks vacuum upon power interruption, preventing load drop; easy piece release by reducing residual vacuum in the gripper
German brand oil-free air-cooled rotary vane pump with max vacuum degree of 85%, delivering stable and powerful vacuum suction
Ergonomics
One-hand flexible handle control with integrated suction/release/lower/lift 4-in-1 control valve; the rotating handle slides in the hand without requiring a change of grip during lifting — intuitive and reliable operation
Supports operation in deep or medium-height work areas; facilitates ergonomic loading and unloading of containers thanks to deep immersion in openwork boxes, crates, and cardboard boxes
Load floating adjustment (knob A) allows the load to hover at any position; no-load floating adjustment (knob B) keeps the lifter idle hands-free; height self-adaptation allows the operator to set the optimal working height based on body height and bag weight
Significant reduction of back pain — operator maintains an upright posture during low-altitude handling
Customized gripper solutions based on bag material and working conditions; e.g., Nestlé and Yili both adopted SS316 stainless steel columns and grippers to meet high food-industry standards
