VEL250-2.5-Std is a heavy-duty vacuum tube lifter from the Herolift VEL series, designed for high-capacity bag and box handling in industrial environments.

This system supports lifting of up to 180 kg, making it suitable for heavy-duty material handling tasks
It uses a 250 mm diameter vacuum tube with 2.5 m (2500 mm) hose length, and a 4000 mm option is also available for extended reach
Lifting height reaches 1500/2200 mm with a lifting speed of approximately 1 m/s, ensuring fast and efficient operation
Powered by a German brand oil-free air-cooled rotary vane pump with selectable power of 4 kW or 5.5 kW, delivering strong and stable vacuum suction
Top 360° swivel head with built-in check valve — automatically locks vacuum upon power interruption, preventing load drop
Ergonomics
Equipped with a standard handle (Std) featuring integrated suction/release/lower/lift 4-in-1 control, with a rotating grip that fits naturally in the hand for intuitive and reliable operation
Load floating adjustment (knob A) allows the load to hover at any position; no-load floating adjustment (knob B) keeps the lifter idle hands-free during standby
Height self-adaptation enables operators to set the optimal working height based on body height and load weight, significantly reducing back fatigue during prolonged use
Supports ergonomic handling in deep or medium-height work areas, allowing operators to maintain an upright posture during low-altitude lifting
