Inline assembly of the pulsation damper increases its efficiency, especially in circuits with high-speed pumps. HIDRACAR manufactures a range of bladder dampers in line. The simplest of these designs is the pulsation damper with double connection to the circuit. Made of polypropylene, PVC and stainless steel. Other materials upon request. Design pressure: 10 bar (plastic) and up to 80 bar (stainless steel). BLADDER PULSATION DAMPER WITH MULTIPLE CIRCUIT CONNECTIONS This in-line pulsation damper offers the same improvement in dampening efficiency as the damper with double connection to the circuit. It also includes the possibility of having more than one pump connected and therefore can be useful in a circuit with multiple pumps (up to 3 pumps). Made of polypropylene, PVC and stainless steel. We can incorporate heating JACKETS to all our bladder models, to keep the process liquid at the right temperature. We adapt our pulsation damper bladder designs for its use in sanitary/hygienic applications. We have different type of bladder rubber compounds with FDA certificate (EPDM, NBR, BUTYL, FKM …). We internally polish our pulsation dampers till 0,8 microns. We provide our pulsation dampers with special connections for sanitary and hygienic applications.
