Overview
Designed to operate with EX2600-7, EX3600-7 and EX5600-7 ultra-large excavators, the EH3500AC-3 is a rigid-frame haul truck engineered for heavy-duty mining and quarry operations. The Advanced Hitachi AC Drive System provides responsive acceleration, stable uphill travel and precise steering control under high loads.

The pitch control system mitigates bouncing and rebounding on uneven terrain and when stopping. The side skid control system reduces the risk of slipping during cornering by adjusting wheel motor torque between left and right wheels.

By limiting tyre slippage on acceleration and preventing tyre lock-up during braking, the EH3500AC-3 achieves consistent control and repeatable haul cycles that support operational productivity.

Easy operation
The spacious cab accommodates two full-size seats and features a large multilingual LCD that displays key operating data and alerts, including travel speed, engine RPM and hauling performance. Normal driving uses only two pedals (accelerator and brake); controls for body operation and direction change are positioned on the centre console within the operator’s reach for efficient handling.
