Overview
Extremely flexible, powerful and compact electric actuators designed for industrial linear motion applications. The drives use a heavy-duty peeled ballscrew integrated into a robust aluminium profile featuring versatile end/drive blocks and profile grooves for straightforward, direct mounting.

Drive and configuration
The peeled, heavy-duty, low-wear ballscrew provides high force capacity, precision and smooth running. Motor can be connected inline or parallel. Stroke is selectable in millimetre steps. Units are configurable via the product configurator with CAD models and technical drawings available for download.

Guide and stability
Drive and guide can be combined in a compact assembly: up to two MGW slide guides can be mounted to absorb transverse forces and torque and to increase piston tube stability during movement. Guide arrangement is selectable and guides can be retrofitted or replaced.

Mounting and accessories
Piston tubes and a wide range of mounting and adaptation accessories (end/drive blocks, flange and adapter plates, joint heads, couplings, bearings, cover strips, etc.) are available to adapt the actuator to specific applications. The profile grooves provide flexible options for screw fastening and centring.

Operation and maintenance
Units are delivered with lifetime lubrication, avoiding the need for periodic relubrication. The design supports high load absorption with low wear and reduced maintenance effort.

Application & customization
With millimetre-step stroke selection and an extensive accessory program, the actuators can be tailored to application requirements. CAD data and technical drawings are provided for design integration and ordering.
