Manufacturing & qualityHLC operates a manufacturing plant in Dongguan with a dedicated stamping die processing center. The workshop is equipped with CNC, EDM (wire cutting) and PG equipment and can control processing accuracy down to 0.001 inch to meet precision-insert requirements. 100% inspection is performed and required certifications are maintained. Engineering teams provide PFM reports and validate dimensions, tolerances and materials with customers before production.
