Features
KNTECH Telephone Management System is designed for control office to monitor Emergency Call Points in real time to ensure all phone stations are in good working status and to allow the control office to know immediately if a telephone is faulty and dispatch repair personnel.
TSS-1000 runs on a Microsoft Windows PC and consists of one Windows software package plus the Emergency Call Point KNSP-19. All Emergency Call Point devices include monitoring and self-diagnostic functionality, including automatic self-test of microphone and loudspeaker with configurable schedules.
At least every 24 hours, all Emergency Call Points send their health/fault status to the control room TSS-1000 to display the status. This data is available to relevant subscribers for maintenance purposes. Symbols, icons and color codes are provided to identify monitored object status for easy operation.
The system is highly reliable, simple to install and operate; just run the TSS-1000 on your computer. Phone calls have higher priority while self-checking tasks are performed.
