This SF6 gas recovery device features an oil compressor imported from Italy. The compressor is specifically designed for SF6 gas recovery, with a displacement capacity of 6.5 m³/h and a maximum output pressure of 4.5 MPa (though the device pressure is controlled at 3.8 MPa). As a high-pressure compressor, it offers low power consumption, which significantly reduces the volume and weight of the SF6 recovery device.
1.Power Connection and Startup
Insert the standard power cord into a power socket that meets the requirements. Turn on the power switch, and the cooling fan of the compressor will start to run.
Note: This operation must be performed at all times. Even after work is completed, the main power supply should remain connected for at least 1 minute to ensure sufficient heat dissipation.
2.Adjusting Suction Pressure
Ensure the external pipeline connections are correct. Adjust the suction pressure reducing valve of the compressor to ensure that the pressure at the suction port is below 0.5 MPa. This adjustment allows the compressor to start normally and enter the working state.
3.Starting and Stopping the Recovery Device
Press the green start button to activate the recovery device. To stop the device, press the red stop button.
4.Overpressure Protection
If the outlet pressure exceeds 3.8 MPa before shutting down, the internal protection mechanism of the compressor will automatically stop the compressor to prevent damage.
Important Instructions
1.Particle Content in Recovered Gas
To protect the compressor from particle pollution and wear, please install a particle filter (with a pore size less than 5 µm) on the inlet pipeline.
