The HZCR-5000 Power Quality Analyzer is a comprehensive test instrument designed for field testing of three-phase systems. Introduction:
The HZCR-5000 adopts a DSP + ARM dual-processor architecture. The DSP handles data acquisition and algorithm processing, while the ARM manages communication protocols and the user interface. Analog signal acquisition is performed by two AD7655 chips (16-bit, 4-channel synchronous sampling, up to 1 MSPS), ensuring accuracy and integrity. The 5.6-inch color LCD screen (640 x 480) provides clear visualization of phase, waveform, vector diagram, and harmonic ratio. Built-in flash memory stores 60 screenshots, 150 transient waveforms, and 12,800 alarm logs. The inrush current detection mode captures waveforms for 100 seconds. A 2G memory card records trend curves, storing data for up to 300 days.

- Starting current monitoring: Monitors surge and startup current, displays RMS rising/falling curve, envelope curve, and waveform of 4 channels current/voltage. Records about 100s after trigger.
- Trend chart recording and storing: Stores all test parameters, 50 voltage harmonics, 50 current harmonics, creates trend curves. Records up to 300 days (20 parameters every 5 seconds).
- Alarm function: Set limit values, monitor for overshoot, generate alarm logs (voltage, current, unbalance, harmonic ratio, frequency, active power, THD). Configure 40 different alarms, up to 12,800 logs.
