S6012 PRO is a side-hanging-structure fiber laser cutting machine for tubes, engineered for high-efficiency CNC tube processing and continuous production in industrial applications.

Machine structure
  • Standard machine-tool body with annealing after welding; overlong gantry processed in one pass to achieve high accuracy.
  • Guide rail flatness and straightness ≤0.05 mm/m; maximum surface roughness up to 1.6.
  • Maximum clamping force 150 kg; front and rear chucks adopt fully sealed dust-proof structure to prevent jamming.
  • Front-chuck offside cutting enables minimum tail material down to 60 mm to maximize material utilization.
  • Standard dual-roller clamping jaws and reducing-wheel support improve wrapping and avoid vibration on slender tubes.

  • FSCUT5000B control system developed on Windows 10, communicating via EtherCAT bus and integrating laser cutting modules with dedicated tube functions.
