Machine Structure
The machine adopts a plate‑tube welded structure. The main body undergoes annealing to eliminate internal stresses. Guide surface flatness and straightness ≤0.05 mm; maximum surface roughness 0.8.

Pneumatic Fully Sealed Chuck
Full‑stroke high‑precision chuck with high clamping force, large stroke, low rotational inertia and high rotation speed to meet most tube cutting requirements. The rear chuck features a fully sealed dust‑protection design.

Auxiliary Support
Variable‑diameter support wheels prevent tube sway during high‑speed rotation, ensure rotational accuracy during cutting and provide guiding and support during feeding.

Unloading Mechanism
The unloading mechanism uses a servo liftable plate turnover platform to reduce tube sway during rotation and to adapt automatically to different tube sizes, improving unloading efficiency.
