Hymson S6024 PRO is a fully upgraded laser tube cutting machine designed for high-efficiency laser processing of round, square, rectangular and oval tubes. The side-hung tool body, automatic feeding options and a fully sealed pneumatic integral chuck improve processing stability, precision and dust protection. The machine supports short-tail material handling to maximise tube utilisation.

Machine Structure

• Standard machine tool body with post-weld annealing; extra-long gantry processing centre for one-pass high-accuracy machining.
• Guide rail flatness and straightness ≤0.05 mm/m; maximum surface roughness up to Ra 1.6.
• Maximum clamping force 270 kg; front and rear chucks feature fully sealed dust-proof structure.
• Front-chuck offside cutting supports 60 mm cutting residue; advanced collision-avoidance cutting can reduce tail material to ~100 mm.
• Standard dual-roller clamping jaws and reducing-wheel support improve wrapping and cut accuracy for slender tubes.
• Automatic feeding unit supports tube feed length up to 6 m (auto-feed compatible: round Φ20–Φ200 mm; square/rectangular □20–□200 mm).
• Movable servo feeding device and automatic turning-plate cutting enable stable cutting of slender or long tubes and continuous production.

CNC Numerical Control System
FSCUT5000B control system (Windows 10 based) integrates laser cutting modules and communicates via EtherCAT. The interface is concise with a touch display and optional wireless keyboard and mouse for easy operation and production control.
