The Hyster RS45 reachstacker is engineered for port and terminal container handling, delivering reliable, continuous performance in demanding operations. Performance and design
Designed with a right-sized engine, balanced chassis and a dedicated boom, the RS45 places strength and weight where required for stable, predictable handling. On-demand hydraulics and cooling systems reduce fuel consumption and extend component life. A 2-speed hoist improves unladen lift speed and overall cycle efficiency.

Spreader and handling features
The proven Hyster spreader supports continuous port use. Key spreader features include +/-800 mm side shift plus optional powered pile slope and powered dampening to simplify container pick-up and improve accuracy in adverse conditions.

Operator cabin
Spacious, high-visibility cabin engineered for all-round visibility and operator comfort. Ergonomic controls and clearly positioned displays support precise load handling and engine monitoring. The cab is designed to reduce noise and vibration to limit operator fatigue during long shifts.

Serviceability and ownership
