The KL3-SS-RR are tongue operated safety interlocks housed in a robust, hygienic 316 stainless steel body. The KL3-SS features IDEM’s patented cam system with an anti-tamper mechanism, providing long term reliability, even in the most challenging environments. The IP69K enclosure protection is maintained by a double seal gasket and anti-rust, stainless steel internal screws. The mirror polished surface to Ra10 is designed to cope with direct food splash and cleaning found in the tough applications of the Food Processing Industries. Choice between 4 actuator types: A = Standard, F = Flat, HF = Heavy Duty Flexible, HFH = Heavy Duty Flexible Hygienic Features: • Material: 316 Stainless Steel • Holding Force: F1Max 3000N • Actuation: 360 Degrees rotating dead for 8 entry positions • Solenoid Voltage: 24Vac, 110Vac or 230Vac • Ingress Protection: IP69K • Rear Release: A non latching manual escape release is provided to enable quick release of the switch lock in case of emergency • Internal switch is Selectable between power feed to LED2 or as a voltage free auxiliary circuit to indicate lock status
