The magnetic plate consists of a series of ferrite or neodymium magnets coated in stainless steel. This unit is placed suspended on the conveyor belt that carries the material to be treated. It is the most simple and economical solution for the separation of ferrous elements. Its use is recommended for installations with ferrous contamination and where the unit can be placed in accessible locations. Its use is indicated in installations with iron contamination and where the unit can be placed in accessible points. The only maintenance it requires is regular cleaning of the ferrous elements adhered to its surface. It has no energy consumption and the duration of the magnetic field (under normal environmental conditions) is unlimited. They are manufactured in three formats, simple, with a cleaning tray and with wings. Depending on the material to be separated and the working height, a personalized design will be made.
