The high intensity magnetic separator is designed for the treatment of particles with low ferric content.
It has a high-induction magnetic circuit that, combined with a fine-profile antistatic conveyor belt and a homogeneous product feed, enables the separation of particles that are especially difficult to treat with other types of magnetic systems.
The typical application of the high intensity magnetic separator is the removal of iron contamination in the recycling of cut copper wire.
The measurements of the unit are fully configurable, for a perfect adaptation to the existing process.
