Description

Magnetic cone filters are used to remove iron contamination (nuts, screws, staples, and iron parts in general) that travel with the raw material transported through the pipes, especially raw material in powder or granules such as grains. , flour, sugar, etc… The installation of these magnetic separators is very quick and simple, since they are inserted between the pipes through which the raw material to be decontaminated circulates. The choice of the degree of magnetic intensity of this filter will depend on the characteristics of the product to be filtered. IDEMAG manufactures magnetic cone separators by installing a high intensity magnetic unit, the concentrator, in the center of the stainless steel casing. Said magnetic concentrator can incorporate both ceramic magnets (ferrite) and rare earth magnets (neodymium). Operation: The cover of the concentrator has a high-power magnetic circuit that attracts the ferrous particles that remain attached to its magnetic core, while the rest of the decontaminated material continues to flow through the pipes. Cleaning the magnetic core is very easy as it is built inside the filter door, making it easy to access. Requiring no maintenance, this magnetic separator offers an efficient solution at a reasonable cost. Main features: High magnetic intensity magnetic concentrator Made of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel Hinged swinging door Easy installation No power consumption Easy and fast cleaning No maintenance required Working temperature with ceramic magnets (ferrite): 40ºC / +200ºC Working temperature with rare earth magnets (neodymium): 40ºC / +80ºC
