With the varioSTACK, IEF-Werner has developed an open and modular palletising system for a wide range of tasks. The varioSTACK palletising system with pure pallet handling is ideal for cobots, robots or other external handling systems. The pallet handling of this palletiser can also be adapted to different tray sizes. The system processes loaded pallets with a maximum weight of up to ten kilograms. The repeat accuracy of the pallet table is +/- 0.05 mm. Pallet changeover takes less than four seconds. The space-saving system generally requires less than 1 m² and can be easily integrated into existing production systems or other automated production lines.
