General details Based on the proven varioSTACK palletiser, IEF-Werner has developed a new, very flexible palletising system. The result: the roboSTACK Flex with maximum flexibility from product handling to tray handling. The flexibility starts with product handling. The 6-axis robot allows workpieces to be positioned and orientated freely. This means that the palletiser can be easily adapted to any existing production structure. The "Flex" extension stands for "consistently flexible". With this additional option, a wide variety of tray sizes can be processed. The entire handling section of the trays can be infinitely adjusted wider or narrower. From small trays in the 1/16 euro size to large trays in the 1/4 euro size. It is worth noting that the changeover takes just a few minutes! The roboSTACK Flex shows its strengths when it is necessary to retool different products and/or different trays.
