Pre-heating or drying of thermoplastic synthetic granulates are improving the flow behaviour and increase the plasticisation capacity and product quality. TRUS 15, 30, 60 and 160 Pre-Heat and Drying Ovens are annealing and drying synthetic and rubber parts in relation with an ideal electronic temperature control. They are furthermore suitable to pre-heat semi-manufactured parts before forming as well as for pre-heating tools, forms, spinning pumps and nozzle packets. The air turnover is managed by a blower. All drawers are within the air flow. Surface humidity at granulate will be achieved with non-hygroscopic synthetics (e.g. PE, PP,PS, etc.) with unfavourable storage, large temperature differences and condensate with high air humidity. A granulate pre-heating removes the humidity. The ovens are of robust manufacturing and simple to handle. They are reliable and of low noise. The good insulation saves energy. Design and construction of special ovens are available as per indication. The ovens will be manufactured for perfect suitability to the application.
