Description
Intermittent horizontal wrapping machine with reel holder from below suitable for wrapping products with heat sealing polyethylene film.
• RAL 9007 painted metalwork base and reel holder support.
• Sheet metal surface to load on film, 1300 mm length and 400 mm width, with phasing device.
• Reel holder from below for reels up to 900 mm wide.
• Universal forming machine with manual width adjustment.
• Longitudinal hot air sealing unit with film feed, height-adjustable.
• Intermittent transversal sealing unit with 400 mm sealing bars. Electric-impulse sealing device controlled from PLC.
• Cutting-sealing system with pneumatic controlled closure.
• Sealing temperatures managed by electronic temperature controllers.
• Plastic material incident guards with relative safety micro switches.
• Output conveyor belt, 900 mm long.
• Control for the machine drive motors:
1) Longitudinal sealing and output belt drive motor
2) Conveyor belt drive motor
3) Conveyor belt below the wheels drive motor
• Management PLC with Imanpack operator interface.
• Machine built according to CE Standards.
