Micropack PRO Intermittent with cup counter and loader Horizontal wrapping machine for the packaging of solid products with heat sealing or polyethylene film, especially suitable for plastic cups and trays. Can be connected to automated production lines. Product range Diameter: from 40 to 120 mm Stack length: from 100 to 500 mm COUNTER SYSTEM • Accumulation conveyor belt driven by 3-phase motor frequency controlled. • “Too full” and “too empty” control photocell. • Adjustable mechanical vibrator unit to allow correct stacking of cups. • Helical disk counter unit controlled by servomotor. • Counted stacks removal unit with air flow nozzles positioned on the two side guides. • 6-sector rotating mill to transfer the counted stacks into the infeed conveyor of the packaging machine or into the recovery chute if the packaging machine is stopped. WRAPPING MACHINE • Longitudinal sealing unit with teflon belts with sealing function and with film drawing. • Intermittent cross sealing unit with sealing jaws 250 mm wide and sealing wire-cut. • Universal forming unit with manual adjustment. • Film motorisation unit with dancer roller. • 1500 mm paddle wheel conveyor belt. • Conveyor belt pitch according to the dimensions of the product to be packed. Speed Up to 20 pack./min (in accordance with pack length). It is possible to process double packs (two stacks of the same length) for products with a max diameter of 70 mm only. Note A physical assessment of products with heights lower than 60 mm is required to verify the stacking stability during the counting phase and transfer to the wrapping machine.
