Description
Rotating horizontal wrapping machine with reel holder from above and below, suitable for wrapping products with heat sealing film.
• RAL 9007 painted metalwork base and reel holder support.
• Paddle wheel conveyor belt for loading products 2500 mm in length with 300 mm wide stainless steel belt.
• Reel holder accessed from above or below, for reels of up to 600mm in width.
• Universal forming machine with manual width adjustment.
• Horizontal sealing unit with 300 mm long sealing spatulas (optional up to 350 mm).
• Longitudinal sealing unit with two pre-heated drive wheels, two heat sealing wheels and two flap folding wheels.
• Plastic material incident guards with relative safety micro switches.
• Output conveyor belt, 900 mm long.
• Axis control for the machine drive motors:
1) Cutting-sealing movement drive motor
2) Longitudinal sealing and output belt drive motor
3) Paddle wheel conveyor belt drive motor
4) Conveyor belt below the wheels drive motor (PBB version only)
• Management PLC with Imanpack operator interface.
• Machine built according to CE standard.
