Product Overview
The C type power press is a mechanical stamping/pressing machine designed for metal forming and blanking operations across light to heavy production ranges. Available in capacities from 5 Ton to 250 Ton, with bed sizes from 275×375 mm to 850×1200 mm. Machines are supplied in C and H frame variants and can be configured to customer requirements for feed systems, lubrication and safety equipment.

Materials and Build
Construction uses rolled steel plate fabrication for the main frame. The crank shaft is manufactured from alloy steel and fitted with gun metal bushes to provide long service life and smooth operation. Ram and bed are precisely aligned to ensure consistent pressing accuracy. Critical components are inspected during manufacture to maintain dimensional tolerances.

Differences between C and H Type
The C type power press covers capacities from 5 Ton to 250 Ton and is typically used where open access to the die area is required. The H type is available from 10 Ton to 250 Ton and provides increased rigidity for heavy-duty stamping. Other mechanical features are comparable between variants.
