Description

Overview
The IMI VIVO 4MW PEM electrolyser is a compact, modular containerised system for large-scale green hydrogen production. It delivers up to 800 Nm³/h of hydrogen (with purifier) and operates across a dynamic range of 10–100% with ramp-up in under 5 minutes. The solution integrates PEM stacks, cooling, purification and power systems in containerised/skid format and supports remote diagnostics and real-time performance monitoring.

Real-Time Monitoring Dashboard
The system includes a secure cloud-based dashboard for live monitoring of pressure, flow, temperature and energy consumption. Features include 24/7 data acquisition, real-time diagnostics, performance alerts and remote optimisation via Modbus TCP/IP.

Hydrogen Storage Integration
Compatible with modular containerised hydrogen storage systems for on-site or mobile buffering and distribution. Storage supports up to 40 bar(g) and can be expanded to meet operational demand.

Key benefits
  • High-purity hydrogen production at scale with rapid ramp-up and full turndown capability
  • Compact, containerised modules simplify site installation and reduce integration time
  • Remote performance optimisation through live data, alerts and secure remote access
  • Modular and scalable design suitable for energy, mobility and industrial projects

Applications
  • Industrial hydrogen production
  • Mobility and refuelling solutions
  • Energy projects integrating renewables and storage
