Description
This is a open frame isolated offline switching power supply (SMPS) reference design. It is targeted for energy efficient refrigerators as an auxiliary SMPS to various system blocks such as sensors, relays and microprocessor. It features the 5th generation quasi resonant CoolSETTM (ICE5QR2270AZ) with integrated 700V CoolMOS™ P7 Superjunction MOSFET in DIP-7 package.
