AUTOMATIC TYING MACHINE WITH FLAT BELTS The TM 200 S automatic flat-belt tying machine is a machine designed for tying sausages already stuffed into casings such as mortadella, coppe, pancetta, filoni, etc. The productivity of the tying machine depends on the type of product to be tied, the type of tying required (single knot, continuous) and the twine used. Main technical features of the machine: Possibility of tying products with a minimum diameter of 60mm up to a maximum diameter of approx. 200mm, there are no limits on length. The machine is also equipped with a mechanical system for adjusting the twine tension. The electro-pneumatic system with low voltage devices is managed by a PLC connected to a touch-screen control panel, on which the various cycles can be set according to the product. The machine structure is made of 304 stainless steel and plastic materials suitable for food contact.
