Description

Our confectionery equipment production is located in Varna, Republic of Bulgaria. All our equipment has received declarations of conformity of our equipment to the requirements of the European Union. Electric melter EM (60, 100, 160, 200, 250 liters) intended for kindling and heating various masses: margarine, combined fats, vegetable and animal fats, palm oil, cocoa butter, butter, etc. Device: Electric melter EM-60, EM-100, EM-160, EM-200, EM-250 are prefabricated welded structures. Structurally divided into 2 units: a melting grate and a heated container. The melting grate has its own heat generator with heating element 3 kW and a circulation pump. Water can be used as a heat carrier, as well as steam from an external steam generating unit with a pressure of up to 6 atm. A lid with a door for loading the product is installed on top of the melting grate. The heated container is made of stainless steel sheet with a thickness of 2 mm (walls) and 3 mm (bottom), hermetically connected to the heating jacket and heat generator. Heating jacket and heat generator with installed heating element – the space between the brewing container and the outer wall is filled with a heat carrier (distilled water, the heat generator is equipped with a heating element and a coolant drain valve. A dry running sensor is installed on the heating jacket to control the minimum water level and temperature sensors of the coolant and product. The coolant temperature is set and controlled by a meter – regulator, installed on the control panel, for the tank and the grate separately. Optionally, a re-adjusting device based on a geared motor is installed.
