Dough kneading and whipping machine KWМ-70 – industrial gate-type doughman without overturning is designed for kneading of all kinds of dough: sugar, shortcrust pastry, gingerbread, custard, viennoiserie dough, etc., as well as for whipping oil and fat creams. Principle of operation: ingredients are loaded into the stationary dough dish for a steep dough in the required sequence and closed with a lid. An operator sets required operating time and the speed of the blades rotation at the control panel, than starts. After the set time, an audio signal is emitted and the doughman stops. The finished dough is unloaded from below through a gate device into a rolling dough dish. Modifications at choice: - Slow version – 10-40 rpm (rotation speed of working elements (blades)). For sugar dough, gingerbread, dry biscuits, etc. - Quick execution – 40-140 rpm (speed of rotation of working elements (blades)). For shortcrust pastry, whipping masses, etc.
