Bu-tylene DS Crio is a self-adhesive waterproofing, heavy duty vapour barrier membrane. Bu-tylene DS Crio is made of a high adhesive butyl compound self-protected by different types of reinforced aluminium film: polyester-aluminium-polyester or aluminium-polyester. This membrane provides high resistance to puncture, tear and scratch. The adhesive compound is protected, until use, by a silicone release film. Total vapour barrier; Waterproof and Self-sealing; High resistance to puncture, tear and scratch; High immediate and permanent adhesion, even at low temperatures; Solvent free. Uses Bu-tylene DS Crio has been studied and developed for petrochemical and cryogenic applications as total vapour barrier. The product can also be used in HVAC industry.
