Elotene Tubi 130 Butyl Compound is an anti-corrosive self-adhesive tape made of a butyl compound protected by a 130 µm Polyethylene film. This tape is conceived for dielectric and anti-corrosive coating of underground steel pipes where a good mechanical protection is needed and also where a good and quick coating workability is necessary. Moreover, the butyl coating warrants an excellent resistance to the high temperatures, according to the pipes service temperatures. The tape is industrially primered during production.
