The installation consists of a 60/80S shredding unit arranged in-line with a GR500 granulator.
Shredder features:
- Heavy-duty electrowelded steel plate base frame
- Barrel roller bearing housings with sealing system against dust and liquids
- Replaceable wear-resistant side plates with an intermediate gap separating the cutting chamber from bearing flanges
- Extra-thick shafts fitted with no. 30 cutters in wear-resistant special steel and no. 30 feed disks to assist handling of bulky items
- Staggered arrangement of knife teeth for improved grip and cutting progression
- 2 epicycloidal gear reducers with rotation axes parallel to the knife shaft
- 2 multi-voltage, multi-frequency 6-pole motors 7.5 kW each, efficiency class PREMIUM (IE3)
- Oil-bath transmission with steel gears and pinions
- Motor protection bar for shredder electric motors
- Cutting chamber: 600 × 800 mm
- Electrowelded plate hopper for front or top feed, equipped with sliding cover and anti fly-back rubber strips
Granulator features:
- Robust electrowelded tubular steel support frame to house the GR500 granulator
- Sheet panels covered with soundproofing material
- Double-locking door with electric lock and safety microswitch for extraction of the refining unit
- Internal guides to facilitate centring of the GR500
- Thick electrowelded steel rotor body with open central rotor Ø260 mm and useful width 500 mm, equipped with interchangeable, resharpenable high-alloy steel blades
- Loading mouth dimensions: 300 × 500 mm
- Set of fixed blades adjustable axially
- Interchangeable screen for sizes up to 4 mm
- High-strength V-belt transmission on the flywheel
- 11 kW motor mounted on slides for optimal belt tension adjustment
Control system features:
- Electrical panel compliant with CEE standards, equipped with a torque limiter that reverses rotor movement in case of shredder overload
- SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC for control of all plant peripherals
- 6” colour touchscreen for setting all machine parameters
- New self-tuning program “AUTO TUNING ISVE”
- Software designed to control loading systems, the refining shredder and/or the extraction system
- Emergency control functions for plant stop
- ISVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM: maintenance schedule displayed directly on the touchscreen
- Prepared for remote assistance system and ISVE SAFETY SERVER connection (real-time monitoring of machine parameters from ISVE server)
- Execution compliant with CE standards
