Overview
The system consists of a Combi 80/80S shredding unit arranged in line with a GR600 granulator for continuous primary size reduction and secondary granulation.

Shredder characteristics
  • Heavy electro-welded sheet-steel frame
  • Barrel roller bearing supports with seals against dust and liquids
  • Interchangeable wear-resistant side plates isolating the cutting chamber from bearing flanges
  • Extra-thick shafts fitted with 42 anti-wear steel cutters and 42 conveyor disks to improve grip on bulky items
  • Staggered cutter tooth arrangement for progressive cutting and better feed
  • 2 epicyclic gearboxes with rotation axes parallel to the cutter axis
  • 2 multi-voltage/multi-frequency 11 kW, 6-pole motors, efficiency class IE3
  • Oil-bath transmission with steel gears and pinions
  • Cutting chamber dimensions: 800 x 800 mm
  • Electrowelded sheet-metal hopper for front or top loading with sliding cover and anti fly-back rubber strips


Granulator characteristics
  • Robust electro-welded tubular-steel support structure for the GR600 granulator
  • Soundproofed sheet-metal panelling
  • Double-closing door with electric lock and safety microswitch for extractor access
  • Internal guides to facilitate centring of the GR600 granulator
  • Extra-thick electro-welded rotor-holder case with open central rotor Ø360 mm and interchangeable, sharpenable high-alloy steel blades
  • Loading hopper: 420 x 620 mm
  • Soundproofed housing with service door and safety for granulator extraction
  • Set of axially adjustable fixed blades
  • Interchangeable screen up to 4 mm
  • Drive via high-strength V-belts on the flywheel
  • 22 kW granulator motor mounted on slides for belt-tension adjustment
