OverviewISVE’s shredding line for bumpers is a compact, automated system designed to process and recover automotive bumpers by shredding, magnetic separation and granulation. The line is controlled by a dedicated PLC that coordinates all components and monitors motor consumption to ensure continuous, synchronized operation.
Process flow- Bumpers are loaded into the hopper of the 100100S 4-shaft shredder.
- The 100100S reduces parts to pieces up to 30×30 mm.
- A neodymium deferrization system installed on a conveyor separates ferrous contaminants from the plastic fraction.
- The plastic fraction is conveyed to the C40100-5K Cumberland granulator for secondary size reduction.
- The granulator produces an approximate 10 mm ground material.
- The 10 mm ground material is aspirated, dedusted and automatically conveyed into collection big-bags.
- All machinery is managed automatically; motor consumptions of shredder and granulator are monitored for optimized operation.
