ITECA is able to realize large automatic lines for taralli production, both leavened and boiled, both extruded and laminated. Depending on the kind of taralli our client would like to produce, our technical office will proceed studying and adjusting the plant in order to achieve the maximum production output optimizing processes and reducing wastes. Moreover, ITECA studies plants for stick production as pretzels and sticks with soda bath and various types of savory snacks. Shape, weights and product dimensions are decided in accordance with the client.
