Overview
An all-in-one option package for precision dispensing that integrates a camera, laser displacement sensor and needle adjuster into the high-rigidity, high-accuracy JR4000 Series to simplify installation and operation.

All-in-One Package Robot
The JR4000 Series AP-D Option combines camera, laser displacement sensor and needle adjuster in a single system to address precision dispensing requirements and streamline integration.

Simple Setup and User-Friendly Operation
Camera calibration, sensor configuration and teaching tasks are performed via PC software. The redesigned UI consolidates the Camera Image Area, Program Area, Basic Operation Area and Robot Operation Area on one screen for intuitive operation.

Three Types of Adjustment Functions for Stable Dispensing

• Camera Adjustment: Detects workpiece misalignment and corrects X/Y positions.
• Height Adjustment: Laser displacement sensor measures Z-axis height to maintain consistent clearance between workpiece and needle tip.
• Needle Adjustment: Detects position shifts after nozzle replacement and corrects needle-tip position.

PC Software JR C-Points III (Optional)
Optional PC software enables calibration, adjustment-program creation, sensor settings and program teaching from a PC. The clear screen layout, large icons and visual program creation simplify position setting and program development.

Clear Screen Layout (UI Areas)

• Camera Imaging Area: Use enlarged camera images to specify positions precisely; clicking the image moves the robot to center the selected position.
• Programming Area: Displays programming data for each point with direct selection and editable values.
• Basic Operation Area: Icon-based selection streamlines programming for rapid program creation.
• Robot Operation Area: Perform jog operations while viewing the camera image.

Automatic Calibration
Supports automatic calibration by capturing trial dispensing marks with the camera. Manual alignment using cross marks is also supported.

Easy Teaching
Move the robot with jog operations, align positions using the camera image and select icons to complete teaching. Visual task selection enables efficient program creation (examples: Point Dispense, Start of Line Dispense, Single Camera Shoot Point, Z Sensor Line Dispense Start).

Icon-Based Operation
Over 30 frequently used dispensing and adjustment actions are registered as icons for quick retrieval of point information and efficient configuration of adjustment settings.

Adjustment Functions (details)
