Overview
The AuraVCS is a full-carcass side-vision pork grading system (VCS 2000) designed to automate and standardize pork carcass grading on high-speed slaughter lines, delivering objective measurements for lean meat percentage, back fat thickness and primal weight.

Technology and functionality
The system employs patented high-speed imaging from two independent camera stations to capture ham profile and the bone side of the split carcass. Image analysis provides color metrics and predictions for lean meat %, back fat thickness and main primal weight, enabling fast, objective and repeatable assessments that reduce grading variability.

Traceability and data
AuraVCS continuously records imaging and measurement data to support traceability, supplier monitoring and data-driven operational decisions. Collected data enable benchmarking, price confirmation and process optimization across batches and suppliers.

The AuraVCS is EUROP-approved and is widely used in multiple markets, including Korea. Typical installation is at the end of the slaughter line to provide reliable quality predictions and support food-safety compliance required for international trade.
