The Edge X3-HR, 3-Axis High Rail Water Jet Cutter opens up the work envelope for easier access and raises critical components out of the processing environment. The Edge X3-HR is designed for high speed processing. By attaching a precision machined Spreader Bar to the Z Carriage, up to twelve sub-Z cutting heads can be mounted allowing you to cut twelve identical parts in one cycle. Each independently controlled Sub Z can utilize a water only cutting head or abrasive cutting head. Heads can be positioned manually along the spreader bar or automatically via your program. Incorporate load/unload systems for even higher efficiency levels as parts unloading is done while the water jet is cutting its next job.
