The Jet Start 510A5, 5-axis motion system launches you into complex, contoured cutting right from the start. The Permalign Arrow SL breakthrough technology cuts near-net shapes with edges beveled up to 60° and no taper in tough materials like stainless steel, Inconel, and titanium with no heat affected zone. The Jet Start 510A5 Package includes a 5-axis abrasive cutting Z carriage, a rugged 5′ x 10′ isolated catcher tank, Jet Edge’s HERO 50 Intensifier Pump with Jet Smart Controls, IGEMS Software, and an 800lb solid phase bulk hopper.
